How long do repairs take?
We will arrive at your workplace/home within 24 hours of booking, all mechanical work required such as Gas struts, Actions and Bases (being the common) are repaired within 30 minutes of us arriving in our mobile workshop. 72 hours is required for all upholstery work depending on fabric availability.

Do we give free advice on chair repair problems?
Yes email us anytime and we will give you an answer promptly. We have over 30yrs experience on chair repairs
We specialise in upholstering Office Chairs, Meeting Chairs, Dinning Room Chairs & Stools.
Special Note: We do not upholster or repair Lounges, Sofas or Recliners.

What is the cost of repairing?
Average cost for most chair repairs is between $65.00 to $75.00 – this is a fraction of the cost of a new chair.

How long is the warranty?
Our gas lifts come with a 3 yrs. warranty while our other repairs come with a full 12months parts and labour guarantee.

How do I get my chair to you?
You don’t, we come and fix it on-site, and we offer a full pickup and delivery service anywhere in Sydney metro area.
What if I need a loan Chair?
Just inform us when making the chair repair booking and one will be delivered to you free of charge.

Can I trade my used chair for a newer model?
Absolutely, you can trade your old chair in on our extensive range of new and refurbished office chairs.
